Recipe Ingredients for Goolash

1 lb macaroni, elbow
2 cups fat free milk
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 lbs ground beef, 90% lean
16 oz mushrooms (canned)
1000 grams ragu pasta sauce, garden style

Recipe Directions for Goolash

  1. Cook the macaroni and set aside.

  2. Fry the ground beef and drain.

  3. Combine mushrooms, milk, cheese, and macaroni. Stir until warm and cheese is melted.

  4. Add cooked ground beef.

  5. Cover and let warm for several minutes or until you're satisfied.
