Delicious and good for you, too! Made with whole wheat flour and a mix of carob and dark chocolate chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Good For You Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup whole wheat flour, plus
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
6 tbs. sugar
6 tbs firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3 oz. carob chips
3 oz. dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Good For You Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.

  2. In another bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually add in flour mixture.

  3. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon on ungreased (or parchment paper lined) cookie sheets.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
