Recipe Ingredients for Good stir fry

2 cups (70 g) (approx. 6) baby bok choy - sliced in half lengthwise
9 Carrots, Baby
1 small onion cut into eighths
1 cup (approx. 12) snow peas
30 g (6 pieces)Mandarin Deep Fried Tofu
18 mushroom slices - good sized
1.5 stalk,+large+11"-12"+long 1/2 celery stalks sliced into 1/4 pieces
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Good stir fry

Heat wok empty till very hot, add oil, add onions and celery, stir fry for a minute or so. Add carrots and stir fry for another minute. Add baby bok choy, peas, mushrooms and tofu and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Pour half the sauce over mixture and keep stir frying. Keep everything moving all the time. After 30 seconds or so add bean sprouts and mix well. Remove from heat, keep moving it around and serve at onec with dry roasted brown rice.
