Wonderful salad that can be served alone or with grilled chicken!

Recipe Ingredients for That Good Salad

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
25 romaine lettuce leaves
2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
8 bacon
1 cup croutons

Recipe Directions for That Good Salad

In jar, combine oil and lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Shake well. Chill and then toss with the rest of the salad ingredients.
