Recipe Ingredients for Good Old Fashioned Pancakes NO SALT

1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
7 teaspoon Baking Powder
8 serving Salt Substitute
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 1/4 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Good Old Fashioned Pancakes NO SALT

  1. NOTE: The baking powder to use is ENER G No Sodium Baking Powder. The large quantity of this ingredient is used because with this product you must use 2x as much as a normal recipe calls for.

  2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.

  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
