Recipe Ingredients for Good Morning Seed Muffins

1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c oats
1/4 c wheat germ
2 T flax, ground
2 T pumpkin seeds
2 T sunflower seeds
2 T walnuts, chopped
1/3 c pear, pureed
2 t cinnamon
2 t baking soda
1 c carrots, shredded
1 c apples, peeled, grated
2 eggs
2 T sunflower oil
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt

Mix. Bake in greased muffin tins at 375 degrees for 18-20 min.
