Recipe Ingredients for Good Morning Hi-Pro Breakfast Shake, Lower Cal Version

1/4 c. rolled oats
2 T. wheat germ
2 T. ground flaxseed
2 T. walnuts, chopped
1/2 banana
1 peach, cut up
1/2 c. blueberries, frozen
2 T. cottage cheese
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. almond milk

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add 1-2 cups of water, or as needed to achieve desired consistency. Blend and enjoy.
