1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
200 grams Strawberries
1 medium raw Mango
100 grams Kale
100 grams Spinach
1 serving 100% Whey Protein
1 medium raw Kiwifruit
3 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1 serving Coconut Milk Trader Joes Unsweeted

Recipe Directions for Good Morning Good Day Smoothie

  1. Begin by adding the Coconut Milk in the blender. Followed by the Pear, Strawberries, Mango, Kiwi, Kale, and Spinach followed by 8-10 ice cubes.

  2. Note always put the frozen items to the top of your blender, and if you are using frozen fruit, decrease the number of ice cubes you use. The more frozen items you use in the recipe the more the drink becomes like a slushy in consistency .
