Recipe Ingredients for Good Garden Eating

28 oz. zucchini
1 lb. tomatoes
1 T. Olive Oil
3 oz. kale
2 c basil
3 eggs
1 c Bread Crumbs Italian Style
8 oz. Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Good Garden Eating

scoop out the too big zucchini and situate in a greased casserole; mix remaining ingredients (except for cheese) and stuff zucchini; cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 400; remove foil and cover ingredients with grated Parmesan cheese; return to oven until melted and browned. Bon Apetit!
