Recipe Ingredients for Good Eats Cinnamon Carrots

2 lb carrots
1/4 c butter
2 T brown sugar
1 T sugar
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Good Eats Cinnamon Carrots

  1. Use baby carrots, or carrots sliced 1/4" thick. Simmer in lightly salted water for 30-45 min, or until just fork tender.

  2. Drain. Add butter to pan and melt, then add sugar, salt, and sweet Viet-namese cinnamon. Stir lightly and cover for an additional 10 minutes, then uncover and reduce sauce as much as possible.

  3. *Drain on paper towel before plating.

  4. Makes 5 good servings.
