Similar to granola. Use as a snack.

Recipe Ingredients for Good Crunch

1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup canola oil
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 pinch of sea salt

Recipe Directions for Good Crunch

  1. Put dry ingredients in a bowl, stir in wet ingredients until completely moistened. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan (15x9") pan.

  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes, stirring once.

  3. You can add raisins or dried fruit once the crunch has cooled.

  4. Store in an airtight container. Will keep for weeks.
