My version of Kung Pao (Gong Bao) chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Gong Bao style Chicken

1 cup, chopped Onions
16 oz Chicken
0.25 cup Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
2 serving Wheat Free Soy Sauce
2 serving Hot Chili Sauce
4 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Gong Bao style Chicken

  1. Saute chicken until opaque. Set aside.

  2. Saute onions and celery until fragrant and slightly translucent.

  3. Add pepper flakes, ginger and garlic. Saute for another 30 seconds.

  4. Return chicken to pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook until well combined and heated through.
