Recipe Ingredients for Gomae dressing

26.4 grams Sesame Seeds, Whole, Roasted And Toasted
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.5 tbsp Mirin (rice cooking wine)
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.16 oz Sake Wine (16% alcohol)

Recipe Directions for Gomae dressing

Roast sesame seeds in a pan until lightly browned. Grind into a paste. Add soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake. Mix well.
