Recipe Ingredients for GOLUBCYI

2 cup water
4 oz rice
2 oz quinoa
15 oz ground beef
2 oz onion
2 oz carrot
5 oz green cabbage
2 tsp olive oil
6 oz low sodium vegetable juice
4 g salt

Recipe Directions for GOLUBCYI

  1. cook rice and quinoa

  2. brown ground beef with olive oil (2tsp)

  3. process onion, carrot and cabbage in food processor and brown with olive oil (2tsp) and butter

  4. mix all ingredients in casserole and put in hot oven (375F) for 20 min
