Fish cakes - from my kids' cookbook

Recipe Ingredients for "Goldfish"

9 oz potatoes
10 oz tuna
2 T butter
1 egg
75 g breadcrumbs
4 T oil (for cooking)

Recipe Directions for "Goldfish"

  1. Boil & mash potatoes. Add butter. Mix in tuna (or other fish). Shape into fish shapes. Set in fridge to firm up.

  2. Dredge in flour, then egg, then press into breadcrumbs.

  3. Shallow fry or bake.
