Mimic a Golden Slice sandwich in a wrap

Recipe Ingredients for Golden Slice Style Wrap

60 oz tofu
1 T olive oil
2 t peanut oil
1 cup onion, diced
10 carrots, grated
4 T curry powder
2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup raisins
2 T garlic
700 g tortilla

Recipe Directions for Golden Slice Style Wrap

  1. Heat oil over medium. Add onion and saute until very translucent.

  2. Add garlic and stir for 1 min.

  3. Add curry powder and stir for 1min.

  4. Add water, boullion, mix and bring to a heavy boil.

  5. Boil hard, uncovered, mixing occasionally, until most moisture has evaporated.

  6. Add raisins and mix.

  7. Remove from heat and let cool.

  8. Take tortilla, add layer of carrot. Add helping of tofu mixture and wrap.
