Egg whites, cottage cheese and oatmeal pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Golden Pancakes- Food for LIfe

3 egg whites
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 dash salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup Maple Mountain Sugar-Free Syrup (12oz. Bottles)
1/4 cup berries

Recipe Directions for Golden Pancakes- Food for LIfe

  1. Pre-heat pan on level 3 or 4 (medium-low heat)

  2. Mix all ingredients except blue berries in a blender

  3. Use a dab of butter just before scooping out 1/3 cup of batter on to pan- should hold about three

  4. Dot blue berries into the pancakes

  5. Flip
