Slow Cooker Recipe from Campbell's

Recipe Ingredients for Golden Mushroom Pork & Apples

21 1/2 oz Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 T packed brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t dried thyme leaves, crushed
2 pounds boneless pork chops
4 large granny smith apples, sliced
2 large onions, sliced (about 2 cups)

Recipe Directions for Golden Mushroom Pork & Apples

  1. Mix soup, water, brown sugar, worcestershire and thyme in 3.5 quart slow cooker. Add 1/2 package of dry onion soup mix (not listed above). Add pork, apples and onions.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW 8-9 hours or HIGH 4-5 hours. Or until pork is no longer pink.

  3. To make cleanup easier, spray the inside of your slow cooker crock with vegetable cooking spray before adding the food.
