Recipe Ingredients for Golden Flax Bread

1 cup warm water (110 degrees)
1/2 cup milled flax seed
1 T extra virgin olive oil
1 t salt
3/4 T vital wheat gluten (serving)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 T non-fat dry milk
1 1/2 t yeast
3 T honey

Recipe Directions for Golden Flax Bread

Add water, honey, and yeast to bread pan and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients to bread pan in suggested order. Put bread pan in bread machine and select basic cycle with desired crust 1 1/2lb loaf
