Recipe Ingredients for Golden Couscous

1 medium leek
1 tsp minced garlic
3/4 cup vegetable stock
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/2 cup cous cous

Recipe Directions for Golden Couscous

  1. Place chopped leek and garlic in a medium saucepan with the stock, cumin, and tumeric. Bring to a boil.

  2. Add couscous and cover tightly. Remove from heat immediately and let sit for several minutes.

  3. Fluff with work before serving.

  4. Yields 1/2 cup per serving.
