Got this pork recipe from EatWell, wanted something new to do with boneless pork chops. Recipe calls for tenderloins but I made with boneless loin chops. You will need to make adjustments if you use chops like I did.

Recipe Ingredients for Golden Baked pork tenderloins

1 lb pork tenderloin
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp canola oil
1 large egg white
4 tsp corn starch

Recipe Directions for Golden Baked pork tenderloins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with the cooking spray.

  2. Cut tenderloins into 4 long thin fillets, perpendicular.

  3. Mix bread crumbs, sugar, paprika, onion powder, and salt in a shallow dish. Drizzle with oil and mash with a fork until the oil is incorporated.

  4. Sprinkle cornstarch over the pork slices and pat to coat evenly on both sides.

  5. Dip the pork in egg white, beaten, then press into the breading mixture until evenly coated on both sides

  6. Place pork on prepared baking sheet. Bake until just barely pink in center and on instant read thermometer registers 145 degrees F, about 14-16 minutes.
