0.74 lb ground pork
0.29 lb basmati rice
1.77 lb ground beef
1 egg
25 cabbage leaves

Recipe Directions for Golabki

  1. cook rice

  2. add rice, beef and pork together

  3. add egg

  4. add salt & pepper to taste

  5. boil cabbage. peel off leaves

  6. place about 1/3 cup of meat mixture inside leaf and warp.

  7. Cook 2 hours.
