taken from someone elses recipe taken from somewhere else I added some splenda and less brown sugar. Not a very sweet cookie but tasty and satisfying.

Recipe Ingredients for goji oatmeal cookies

1 1/2 (136g) bananas
1/2 cup applesauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/5 cup brown sugar
1/5 cup splenda
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp goji berries

Recipe Directions for goji oatmeal cookies

  1. mix

  2. bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so

  3. makes a couple dozen small cookies
