Recipe Ingredients for Goi

1 1/2 pound papaya
1/2 cup lemon
3 g garlic
6 g chili
30 g sugar
10 g salt
1/4 pound peppermint
1/4 pound peanut

Recipe Directions for Goi

  1. Cut papaya

  2. Mix papaya with lemon squash

  3. After 10 minutes mix papaya with garlic+ chili + sugar

  4. Before eat mix papaya with salt

  5. Put vegatable's cut + peanut on the face of food
