Recipe Ingredients for Goi

1 1/2 pound papaya
1/2 cup lemon
4 g garlic
8 g chili
30 g sugar
10 g salt
1/4 pound peppermint
1/4 pound peanut

Recipe Directions for Goi

  1. Cut papaya becomes small lines

  2. Mix papaya with lemon aquash

  3. Ater about 10 minutes, mix papaya with garlic+ chili+ sugar

  4. Before eat mix papaya with salt

  5. Put vegatables' are cut and peanut on the face of food
