Spicy Cauliflower and ground beef

Recipe Ingredients for Gobi-beef

1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower
0.75 large Onions
3 tsp Garlic Powder
4 tsp Curry Powder
3 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Pepper, White
5 oz Tomato Paste
3 tbsp Butter
1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Patty
3 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Gobi-beef

Cook the ground beef and onion then add the preseasoned cut cauliflower and put 2 cups of water into pot allow to simmer until tender and until water has mostly evaporated slowly add in butter and tomato paste until satisfied allow to simmer 7-8mins
