Recipe Ingredients for Goat cheese and spinach salad

4 cups spinach
3 oz goat cheese
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes
2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red chili

Recipe Directions for Goat cheese and spinach salad

Tear off small pieces of the fresh spinach. Add diced onions and tomatoes; add goat cheese. For the dressing: mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, crushed red chili, and crushed garlic. Add the dressing to the salad and serve.
