2 slices crusty multi-grain bread
2 ounces goat cheese
1/2 cup arugula (loosely packed)
2 oz drained roasted red peppers
1 tbsp Promise buttery spread

Recipe Directions for Goat Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper Panini

  1. Evenly spread bread with goat cheese. Top with arugula and roasted peppers, then remaining bread. Spread outside of sandwich with butter spread

  2. Cook sandwich in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve, if desired, with your favorite soup.
