You can add whatever you like to this. Any vegetables, meat or no meat, etc. Serving size is about 1.5 cups.

Recipe Ingredients for Goat Cheese Pasta

250 g uncooked angel hair pasta
80 g goat cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon basil, dried
1 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
70 g cherry tomatoes, halved
50 g ham, diced
120 g bell pepper
2/3 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Goat Cheese Pasta

  1. Cook the pasta. While it's boiling do the following:

  2. Sautee the garlic, and add basil, ham, bell pepper and tomatoes. Let ssautee for a few minutes, and then add the stock. Let simmer until the pasta is done.

  3. Drain the pasta and crumble goat cheese over it. pour the vegetable mix on top and stir well.

  4. Done!
