Recipe Ingredients for goat cheese lentil rice rolls

11 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese
2 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
2 cup Short Grain Brown Rice
400 grams NM Green Lentils
4 cup Pasta Sauce
8 oz Parmesan 100% Grated
0.25 cup Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
2 package Baby Arugula

Recipe Directions for goat cheese lentil rice rolls

mix cooked rice, cooked lentils, olive oil, chopped arugula and mint, olive oil then drop swiss chard leaves in hot boiling water for 10 seconds then rinse in cold water drain on paper towels, roll 1/3 c mix into swiss chard leaves, put 1 c sauce in bottom of casserole, place rolls in pan then cover with more sauce and parmesan cheese, (can drizzle 2tbsp olive oil over top but add to recipe builder) cook for 25 mins at 400
