0.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 medium Banana
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 large Egg, White
0.5 oz Natural Foods - Organic Non-Dairy Beverage
0.05 cup, whole Almonds
0.25 cup Mixed Berries

Recipe Directions for on the go breakfast oatmeal cookie bake

  1. Serves 1

  3. Ingredients:

  4. 1/4 cup rolled/old-fashioned oats

  5. 1 tsp cinnamon

  6. 1 tsp vanilla

  7. 1 tsp maple syrup

  8. 1 tsp agave syrup

  9. 1/2 medium banana

  10. 1/4 tsp baking powder

  11. 1 egg white (or 1/8th cup)

  12. ~3 tbsp chopped walnuts (or any nut of your choice)

  13. 2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

  14. 1 tbsp almond milk

  15. Toppings:

  16. TJ?s sunflower butter

  17. Drizzle of Maple Syrup

  18. Frozen berries

  19. Directions:

  20. In a small, microwave-safe bowl, add all ingredients and mash well until well-incorpotated (make sure the banana is mashed)

  21. Microwave for ~ 1 minute and 30 seconds- 2 minutes

  22. Flip the bowl upside down onto a plate and the bake should slip right out!

  23. Top!
