Peanut Butter Balls - apricot, date, sesame

Recipe Ingredients for Go Go Balls sesame

1/2 c. shredded coconut
10 dates
10 dried apricots
1/2 c. peanut butter, no sugar added
1/2 c. toasted almond butter
1/4 c. ground flax seed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. oats
6 tbsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Go Go Balls sesame

  1. Chop dates and apricots.

  2. Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds.

  3. Form small balls and roll in sesame seeds.

  4. Store in the refrigerator.
