Recipe Ingredients for Gnocchi and Zucchini

3 cup Cucina Naturale Gnocchi
3 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
15 oz Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
1.5 cup Organic Tomato Basil Marinara

Recipe Directions for Gnocchi and Zucchini

  1. Cook gnocchi according to instructions.

  2. Cook zucchini and onions to desired tenderness, then add drained and rinsed garbanzos.

  3. Add the marinara to the zucchini and garbanzos, then add the cooked gnocchi.
