Recipe Ingredients for Gnocchi with squash and kale

6 cup, chopped Kale
3 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
2 clove Garlic
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
16 oz VIGO GNOCCHI
3 tablespoon Sage

Recipe Directions for Gnocchi with squash and kale

Cut squash into cubes. Sautee with butter for about 10 minutes until somewhat soft. Add garlic, sage, and pepper flakes and cook until garlic is tender. Add broth and kale, cook until kale is wilted. Add gnocchi, cover and cook until gnocchi is tender. Add 1/8 cup cheese, stir. Preheat broiler, top with remaining cheese, and broil until top is bubbly.
