1 serving Gnocchi Ripieni - Ca' Bianca - 200gr - speck e brie
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
40 grams Aubergine
60 mL Latte Parzialmente Scremato 100ml - Malga Paradiso
1 tbsp Onions
1 Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Gnocchi Ripieni in Salsa Funghi e Melanzane

  1. Fill a pot with water, add a pinch of salt and allow to boil then add the gnocchi.

  2. Place the oil garlic onions in a pan and allow to gold.

  3. Add diced mushrooms and aubergines and allow to gold

  4. Add a pinch of Noce Moscata to taste.

  5. Add milk, bit at a time, and allow to cook.

  6. When gnocchi are ready drain and place in pan.

  7. Stir thurroughly and allow the white sauce to wrap the gnocchi, then serve.
