Recipe Ingredients for Gnocchi

4 oz light ricotta cheese
1/4 cup egg beater
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Gnocchi

Stir together the ricotta cheese, egg beater, Parmesan Cheese, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl until evenly combined. Mix in 1/2 cup of flour. Add additional flour if needed to form a soft dough.
