Recipe Ingredients for Gnarly Muffins

3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup flax seed meal
3/4 cup oat bran
2/3 cup Agave Nectar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups carrots, shredded
2 apples
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup nuts, chopped
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Gnarly Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredints.

  2. Shred apples and carrots.

  3. Mix apples, carrots, raisins, nutsagave, milk, beaten eggs & vanilla.

  4. Add to dry ingredients all at once.

  5. Stir.

  6. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

  7. Makes 24
