uses blend of rice, potato and tapioca flours with xanthan gum (Tesco's)

Recipe Ingredients for gluten & wheat free bread

450 g flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
325 ml skimmed milk
1 t vinegar
2 eggs
4 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for gluten & wheat free bread

  1. Mix together flour, salt, yeast and sugar.

  2. beat in the milk, vinegar and eggs.

  3. Add to flour and mix to form a sticky dough

  4. put into lined bread tin, cover and leave for an hour or so.

  5. Bake 40 mins at Gas 7
