Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Wheat Free Brown Fruit bread

450 g Brown Rice Flour Gluten Free
2 eggs
350 ml skimmed milk
6 tsp vegetable oil
2 tsp Yeast
1 tsp vinegar
50 raisins
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Wheat Free Brown Fruit bread

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Whisk eggs, add milk warm and vinegar & oil

  3. Add wet to dry ingredients

  4. Add to baking tin/mould

  5. leave covered in warm area for 1 hour

  6. Cook at 200C in preheated oven for 45 mins

  7. Cool
