(original recipe doesn't have flax, has 3/4C water and 2 tbsp oil) and yields 3 waffles) this recipe accounts for 1 whole waffle as a serving

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Waffles

1 1/2 cups Pamela's baking and pancake mix
1 cups water
2 eggs
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp flax

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Waffles

  1. whip egg-whites until stiff. In separate bowl combine egg yolks and rest of ingredients and mix until no lumps.

  2. Fold in stiff egg whites and bake immediately in preheated greased waffle iron (medium heat). Cook approx 5 min, or until steam stops, if want crispier the cook longer.

  3. If freeze for later, wrap in foil or towel in the freezer and then remove before reheating in your toaster.
