If you don't want mushrooms, you must omit the mushrooms and the olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten-Free Vegan Spaghetti with Mushrooms

2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped mushroom
4 cups of tomato sauce
2 cup of stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp bay leaves
8 cups rice noodles

Recipe Directions for Gluten-Free Vegan Spaghetti with Mushrooms

  1. In a pot, add olive oil, get relatively hot and add mushrooms.

  2. When mushrooms are tender, add in tomato sauce

  3. Add stewed tomatoes, while doing so squeeze the stewed tomatoes so that the sauce has the smallest chunks of tomato possible

  4. As the sauce warms, add basil, oregano, and bay leaves

  5. Let simmer for about 12 minutes while the noodles cook
