Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Vegan Lemon Cake

240 grams (2 cups) Bob's Red Mill all purpose gluten free baking flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Vegan Lemon Cake

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.

  2. Combine wet ingredients.

  3. Add wet to dry.

  4. Pour into 8" round pan.

  5. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
