Using Progresso Cream of Mushroom soup and gluten free Schar Penne Pasta, this gluten free Tuna Noodle will provide a delicious, fast dinner casserole.

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Tuna Noodle Casserole

1/2 oz Stax Original Flavored Potato Crisps
2 cup Penne
2 cup Creamy Mushroom
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
2 can, drained (2.7oz) StarKist Chunk Light Canned Tuna

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Tuna Noodle Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 qt casserole and set aside. (Save calories and use a crock-type casserole that does not require greasing.)

  2. In large saucepan, bring water to boil and add 2 cups uncooked pasta, cook according to package directions. Remove from heat, drain and leave in saucepan.

  3. Add soup, peas, onion, drained tuna and mix well. Add fresh cracked pepper to taste.

  4. Place mix in prepared casserole. Crush the 6 Lay's Stax chips and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
