Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Teriyaki Chicken

18 oz Chicken breasts
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 T cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Teriyaki Chicken

  1. Place chicken, sugar, soy sauce and water in a pressure cooker.

  2. Seal the lid and place on a burner set on high.

  3. Once it comes up to pressure, cook 20 minutes.

  4. Remove the chicken from the sauce and shred.

  5. Mix cornstarch with a little water.

  6. Whisk cornstarch into the sauce while cooking on high.

  7. When sauce bubbles and thickens, pour over the shredded chicken.

  8. Serve over hot cooked rice.
