Recipe Ingredients for gluten-free squash and nut bread

3 cups ground almonds
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups butternut squash
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
2 scoops protein powder

Recipe Directions for gluten-free squash and nut bread

  1. mix all ingredients just until blended

  2. divide between two loaf pans that have been generously buttered

  3. bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, and then start testing the centers for doneness

  4. this will likely take up to an hour, and you may need to turn the oven down it the top begins to look too dark.
