Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Scones

2 1/4 cups Pamela's Gluten Free Baking & Pancake Mix
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp butter
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup craisins
1 large egg, beaten

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in butter with 2 knives. Add wet ingredients. Mix with fork. Dough will be thick.

  2. Drop by large spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
