Super delicious Gluten free/low carb (only from fiber and vegetables) quiche!

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Quiche

16 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
8 large Egg, Whole
8 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
4 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4 slices Cracker Barrel Cracker Cuts Cheese
3 serving Turkey Bacon

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Quiche

  1. Mix 2 eggs, parmeasean, and flaxseed meal together to form dough for crust. Press down in a 10" tart tin or baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

  2. Cut veggies and turkey bacon. Whisk remaining 6 eggs together

  3. After crust is parbaked, layer veggies and turkey bacon over the crust. Crumble cheese and evenly disperse over toppings.

  4. Pour egg mix over everything.

  5. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until egg has set.
