1 cup almond butter
3/4 cup pumpkin
1 egg
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie Bars

  1. Easy to prepare!

  2. Mix almond butter, pumpkin, egg and honey together. Add baking soda and pumpkin pie spice.

  3. Put in a greased 8x8 pan. Cook at 350 for 20-25 min.

  4. (Can substitute mashed butternut squash instead of pumpkin)
