followed my whole wheat/rye recipe, using subs and xanthan.

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Pumpernickel Quick Bread

1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup potato starch
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 T. cocoa powder
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup plain yogurt
4 T. molasses
1/4 tsp xanthan gum

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Pumpernickel Quick Bread

Mix dry and wet. Mix together. Bake at 350 until tests done.
