Made with Fearn Brown Rice Baking Mix

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten-Free Pizza

2 cups brown rice flour, baking mix boxed
1/4 cup yellow corn meal
2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast
1 cup water, warm
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup pasta sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Gluten-Free Pizza

  1. Mix together flour, corn meal, yeast, water and oil until dough ball is formed. Place in a warm area and cover for 20 minutes.

  2. Oil pizza pan and sprinkle with corn meal. Spread dough out into a pizza crust. Spread sauce over dough and spread shredded cheese and desired toppings over top.

  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
